What you are buying

Marketing Department Install is a digital product. It is a set of written instructions that you paste into ChatGPT or Claude, delivered as a text file and a web page, with a short video showing how to use it. It is delivered by email straight after payment. Nothing is shipped.

Payment

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and its own terms apply to the payment. Prices are shown in US dollars.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason. See the refund policy.

Your licence

• You may use Marketing Department Install in your own business, as often as you like.
• You may not resell it, share it publicly, or give copies to people outside your business.

Using the results

The marketing plans and drafts are written by ChatGPT or Claude, using the instructions and the information you give it. Check everything before you publish or send it. You are responsible for what you publish. We do not promise any particular sales, revenue or growth.

ChatGPT and Claude are made by other companies. We do not control them, and changes they make may affect how the instructions work.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with Marketing Department Install is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
